We all know people who nag, can't mind their business, are manipulative, want to make people feel ashamed for being different than them...and we don't like them. Collectivists are not just racists and bigots, they are the worst ones, they want to INSTITUTIONALIZE IT and teach it to children.

Indoctrinating the youth. Typical liberal tactic. So let's make guns "un-cool" versus teaching the youth responsibility and accountability for their actions. This is the perfect example of how liberals use misdirection to get their way. Yes, crime and gun violence is a problem and tv/movies/music reflects that. However, instead of going to the heart of the problem, the people actually committing the crimes, and punishing them severely, let's attack the weapon they use. If you take the guns away without dealing with violent individuals, they will use knives, bats or other tools.

The fact is that liberals don't want to stop violence, they just want to outlaw guns. His example of cigarettes is another perfect example of the liberal mindset/ignorance; the problem isn't smokers' being responsible for their actions, it's the cigarettes themselves.

BTW, the first act of dictators is to unarm the populace.
