Not attacking anyone. It's your denier logic at work - just applying it to something YOU care about. At any other place, like a Christian website, that might be rude.On a parody website, it's satire.Don't act so surprised. You do it with MMCC all the time

OTC - Apr 9, 2015 3:17pm, #74994

Yeah, that's a good example of a wacko site misinterpreting Genesis. Misinterpretations are why people believe in a rapture

Attacking Christian republicans by linking the Catholic church to male priests fornicating with boys when the majority of Catholics are democrats. When you understand that, you understand why the Catholic church has an inequality of female to male priest

rebeccaolsen - Apr 9, 2015 11:39am, #74990

But I thought hypocrisy was a Christian value, Zeit? :-)

rebeccaolsen - Apr 9, 2015 11:38am, #74989

Always find it HI-larious when you (of all people) accuse others of "blindly" accepting conclusions on scientific discourse - Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the redwood tree in your own eye, denier? :)

rebeccaolsen - Apr 9, 2015 11:32am, #74988

Firstly, the scientific community has already accepted MMCC hun. They don't need your permission. No one is ignoring "non-human factors", denier. Climatology has accounted for ALL variables and still find human-induced climate change to be unequivocal

rebeccaolsen - Apr 9, 2015 11:25am, #74987

Our government should not be allowed to legislate morality on religious grounds. I would be offended by a Muslim cake maker refusing to make a Christian wedding cake on the same grounds. Applies to all.

rebeccaolsen - Apr 9, 2015 11:23am, #74986

A business owner has a right to decline a request to bake and decorate a g.ay s.ex cake on the same grounds that a heteros.exual s.ex cake or a KKK cake is obscene. Patent obscenity and inappropriateness is being confused with personal morality

rebeccaolsen - Apr 9, 2015 11:19am, #74985

Citing religious beliefs as their justification for discrimination changes as quickly as a virus can mutate - from Jews to Blacks to g**s, take your pick hun.

rebeccaolsen - Apr 9, 2015 11:15am, #74984

WE never hear of conservative business owners wanting to refuse business to specific segments of the population based on other popular sins. They mostly pick popular political targets, like homo***uals. Many years ago it was blacks and Jews.

rebeccaolsen - Apr 9, 2015 11:12am, #74983

If Bill O'Reilly requested a baker make him a cake for a ceremony to renew his wedding vows, a Christian baker could say no on the same grounds, upset that O'Reilly is a adulterer after his recorded phone call - which exposed his violation of a commandment

rebeccaolsen - Apr 9, 2015 11:09am, #74982

Instead of Adam and Eve ordering a cake with a man and a women figurine,it's Adam and Steve ordering a cake with two men figurines. The stereotype is that these couples are requesting a cake that is inappropriate. However it is on moral grounds

rebeccaolsen - Apr 9, 2015 11:04am, #74981

These g** couples are not ordering graphic *** cakes of men fornicating in b******, leather and straps. I would support a conservative baker's right to turn this request. I'd support their wish to decline Charlie Sheen's request to make a h***er cake too

NSA, agree. Anyways, the 6000yr old earth theory is a misinterpretation of actual print, so its possible too that some unknown science can be misinterpreted?

fauxnews - Apr 9, 2015 9:06am, #74977

I was actually thinking more about the NSA. :-) They are "rabid" and foaming at the mouth. X-D "Cujo" indeed.

fauxnews - Apr 9, 2015 9:04am, #74976

(2/2) you also demonstrate an ignorance over scientific methods and means which include other tools OTHER THAN "satellites" that work to gather data and are fully vetted. We don't need to prove "you wrong" You still haven't proven The AGT wrong ;-) (2/2)

OTC - Apr 9, 2015 9:03am, #74975

But 'Cujo' can be a me***hor for the government and their reign of terror on the people :-)

fauxnews - Apr 9, 2015 9:01am, #74974

@ ipaprime said,"It's easy to see the data for THE AGT record is flawed mearly by looking at history." Anecdotal evidence is NOT refutation against the AGT record. You might as well say while you're at it, GW's wrong because it has snowed every year (1/2)

fauxnews - Apr 9, 2015 8:48am, #74973

Oh, I was just guffawing at this major gaffe. No one should evoke the name Reagan and the word Iran in the same sentence. Even his own party was like, "Did he actually say that?" ;-)

fauxnews - Apr 9, 2015 8:45am, #74972

And these same people are arguing that govt policy should be made out of what the Bible's saying;again,a fictional story. No one's saying that we should make govt policy out of something written in Stephen King's "Cujo." That is the difference.Cheers (2/2)

fauxnews - Apr 9, 2015 8:41am, #74971

Your comment #74965 doesn't make sense to me. I don't know anyone who goes around claiming Stephen King stories are true, if there are, it's a handful of wackos. But as you already know there are many MANY people who literally believe in the Bible (1/2)

fauxnews - Apr 9, 2015 8:38am, #74970

Many science deniers argue the world is only 6000 years old, that dinosaur bones are actually dragon bones and evolution is a hoax. What to guess what fictional story they use as the basis of their views and evidence against scientific fact? ;-) (2/2)

fauxnews - Apr 9, 2015 8:36am, #74969

I never heard anyone in Congress use Harry Potter as proof against climate change.lol However, Senator Inhofe has used a fictional story as proof against a scientific phenomena (the story in Genesis).(1/2)

OTC - Apr 9, 2015 7:40am, #74968

I can't speak for you, but since the majority of our food supply comes from annuals and NOT perennials, I'd rather help plants to grow their best during the one season they live

What is written about what the characters did and said in those stories is accepted, but the Bible stories aren't because there's no evidence? Of course there's no evidence, they're just stories, right? So if it's written God spoke, then He did

OTC - Apr 9, 2015 6:58am, #74964

I meant if you believe the Bible is filled with novels (stories), why argue the characters in those stories but not others, like those in the Steven King, Harry Potter, & Zane Grey stories? There's no evidence those characters actually did what is written

Zeitguy - Apr 9, 2015 1:55am, #74963

Dismissing alternative choices dictates that you have a more valid candidate. Please give us your vote for this insightful candidate!

ipaprime - Apr 9, 2015 1:28am, #74962

From 1970 on though the data should be correct as that is when satellites became the means to gather temperature data covering the ENTIRETY of the planet. Now prove me wrong if you can.

ipaprime - Apr 9, 2015 1:26am, #74961

It is easy to see that the data for THE AGT record is flawed mearly by looking at history. The record runs from 1880-now. So from 1880-1970 the AGT is incorrect due to the inability to get temperature readings from the majority of the planet.

fauxnews - Apr 8, 2015 9:25pm, #74960

But if you were just sharing your fondness for that tale about God in the same way I would share a quote from my favorite Western tale "Tombstone", then you could always clear that up. You made it sound as if you were being literal. Cheers(3/3)

fauxnews - Apr 8, 2015 9:22pm, #74959

If you meant,OTC,that God actually spoke in Genesis in the same way John F.Kennedy once spoke when he addressed the Cuban Missile Crisis, there is NO positive evidence God EVER spoke to anyone for real. There IS POSITIVE evidence JFK gave that speech.(2/3)

fauxnews - Apr 8, 2015 9:19pm, #74958

Don't get me wrong, mate. The Bible is filled with GREAT stories. I don't doubt that. It was the "Pulp Fiction" of its time. :-) Guess it depends how you meant it (1/3)

fauxnews - Apr 8, 2015 9:16pm, #74957

How was me dryly sharing with you an "appeal to ignorance" proof of YOU pushing my b.uttons? :-/ LOL Boring, perhaps.Nerdy? Sure. But,as far you saying,"Sounds like a waaaah moment." you are correct. It was obvious. That is big of you to confess to that X-D

OTC - Apr 8, 2015 9:16pm, #74956

Faux, you believe the Bible is filled with stories, but why argue them? I don't see you arguing that a car cannot kill people, or there's no evidence pets come back to life in Steven King novels.
