Can I see the numbers on that? I only ask since the rich giving 100% of their money wouldn't fix the economy I fail to see how 40 million burger flippers would do as much as 50%.

Romney wants to spend even more on the DOD budget while the DOD has not been able to account for over $1 trillion per year in their spending. Every govt branch and office needs to be audited so we know who to cut funding to.
