The Presidency has administrative authority, which gives it the right to determine "in good faith" the execution of federal or national law in the United States, as well the authority to DISMANTLE the DEA as a section of the DOJ.
Cyberhagen - April 24, 2016, 6:14 pm
I agree with you there. Laws are always restrictive by nature, by default (no law) everything is allowed. The more laws that are passed, the less freedom you generally have, unless a secondary law repeals part of a preceding law.
Cyberhagen - April 24, 2016, 6:12 pm
Even IF the DEA moves it from Schedule 1 to Schedule 2, (and it's still a big "if", I think they're still too uptight to go through with it) that's still extremely restrictive. What's the POTUS got to do with that?
Cannabal - April 24, 2016, 1:13 pm
And Sanders, unlike Obama, is the most likely to deprioritize enforcement of the CSA law because it is unconstitutional, much like the 18th Amendment that preceded it during the 1920's. But Congress really should start repealing laws for a change.
Cannabal - April 24, 2016, 1:10 pm
And yet strangely, it's the DEA that will decide the rescheduling of Cannabis (marijuana) this summer as opposed to the FDA, and only because of the patented medical properties of Cannabis make Schedule I designation thoroughly ILLEGAL.
Cyberhagen - April 24, 2016, 12:51 pm
Neither he nor any other candidate can do that without approval of congress. So "he" personally won't end it, he wouldn't have the power even if he won the election. He can only advocate for it and do what's within his legal power.

Yes,11BoomBoom.Me and Curly ARE brainwashed. Most of us have to wash-our-brains after your 'stink-of-desperation' attempts at memes and fail-trolling. Hint:you cant bluff if we already saw your hand ;-) Your 'slip' is showing.Nice try, though :-) Sober up
fauxnews - April 19, 2016, 10:57 pm
As for the rest of what you said, old timer...it was YOUR "sore arse" we were speaking about. However, you're the ONLY one who actually mentioned s-e-x, not me. Which makes your comeback wishful thinking.Doh! You should like Obama then. He's for [email protected] rights :)
fauxnews - April 19, 2016, 10:46 pm
Then you said THIS,"the largest segment of[US]college[grads] are military service members." You can pretend otherwise, but you DID say that.I would imagine a real man who actually WAS a soldier would own it.But when pressed for a source, you ran scared(2/2)
fauxnews - April 19, 2016, 10:28 pm
Actually, Curly and I were spot on with what you said. Your direct quote, Chris, was "That's why more people are choosing to go to liberal college than join the military" directly IMP-lying, of course, that up until now the opposite was the case. (1/2)
11BoomBoom - April 19, 2016, 8:24 pm
You shorted yourself about a dozen 'verys' in describing how this meme b-utthurt you, fauxnoise. Either that, or you described your last se*ual encounter...OOOhhhh! That was wrong. Sorry, bro. But the fact that you misquoted a quote proves the point
fauxnews - April 18, 2016, 1:37 pm
11BoomBoom doesn't have a citation, of course, to back up his propaganda... mostly because his "source" that "college grads are mostly military service members" was pulled out of his 'b-utt', a very, very, very, very, very, very "hurt" b-utt X-D
Curlyrocks - April 18, 2016, 1:11 pm
Also, weak attempt. I still haven't found anything to back up the only "fact" that you have presented, that the majority of collage grads are military service members, cite your source or admit defeat. I will also take any brainwashing snip as a surrender
Curlyrocks - April 18, 2016, 12:56 pm
Please, I prefer curly-telecom-chump to friesserver. Most of my min wage experience was in telecom repairs.
11BoomBoom - April 18, 2016, 12:36 pm
You are the source, curlyfriesserver, as you have just eloquently demonstrated that, whatever the data produced, if it does not conform to your leftist agenda ..."your brain would automatically switch to some leftist narrative...". Stay safe, bro :)
Curlyrocks - April 18, 2016, 11:51 am
You know in college, not siting your sources results in a failing grade. Lucky for you you're sitting on your computer in your safe space where anyone who disagrees with you (liberals I believe you call them) can't hurt you.
